Kabul News: An earthquake of magnitude 4.3 struck 85 kilometers East of Kabul in Afghanistan on Wednesday, according to National Center (NCS) for Seismology.
Taking to its official Twitter handle, the NCS stated that the earthquake struck at a depth of 10 kilometers.
National Center (NCS) for Seismology tweeted, "Earthquake of Magnitude:4.3, Occurred on 29-03-2023, 05:49:06 IST, Lat: 34.45 &amp; Long: 70.13, Depth: 10 Km ,Location: 85km E of Kabul, Afghanistan."

Further details are awaited.

Earlier on Monday, an earthquake of magnitude 4.2 on the Richter scale struck 25 kilometres South of the Farkhar district of Takhar province in Afghanistan, the United States Geological Survey (USGS) reported.

According to the USGS, the quake occurred at 04:53:29 (UTC+05:30) at a depth of 124.1 Km. The epicentre was detected at 36.345°N and 69.912°E respectively. ANI

NCS stated that the earthquake struck at a depth of 10 kilometers.

Honiara: An earthquake of magnitude 5.6 hit the Solomon Islands on Sunday, the United States Geological Survey (USGS) said. It occurred around 08:59:55 (UTC+05:30) at a depth of 103.9 km. According to the United States Geological Survey, the epicentre of the earthquake was found to be at 10.149 degrees S and 161.194 degrees E respectively. Notably, the Solomon Islands is an island country in the southwestern Pacific Ocean. It consists of six major islands and over 900 smaller islands in Oceania, to the east of Papua New Guinea and northwest of Vanuatu. Honiara, the capital, is located on Guadalcanal, the largest island. Lima [Peru]: An earthquake of magnitude 5.7 on the Richter scale struck 57 km SSW of Paracas, Peru on Sunday, the United States Geological Survey (USGS) reported. The tremors were felt at 17:22:49 (UTC+05:30), and the depth of the earthquake was registered at 10.0 km.
According to the USGS, the epicentre of the earthquake was found to be at Latitude: 14.355°S and, Longitude: 76.461°W, respectively. No casualties have been reported as of yet.

Belgrade: A magnitude 5.4 earthquake struck the mountainous region in western Montenegro early on Thursday, the US Geological Survey (USGS) said.
The epicentre of the earthquake was in the Pluzine area, around 30 km (18.64 miles) from Montenegro's city of Niksic, and not far from the border with neighboring Bosnia, the USGS data showed.  There were no immediate reports on casualties or damages.
