Mumbai (The Hawk): In anticipation of the premiere of his streaming series "Dharavi Bank," Bollywood actor Vivek Oberoi has shared details about his physical change.
He discovered during his research that the cop he is portraying will have a drastically different physique from his own chiselled self. It was necessary to put on a brand-new appearance and bulk up.
With the right diet and exercise, the actor gained 10 kilogrammes and appropriately bulked up for the role.
He stated: "I got started early and stuck to a well-planned schedule. We used examples from actual police officers. Although there is turmoil on the show, we tried to make it appear and feel as authentic and convincing as we could. The first step was a nutritious dinner that my dietician had advised. It had a balanced ratio of protein and carbohydrates."
He gave it his best when it came to working out, mixing cardio and weight training equally.
"I had to seem huge but also have agility, which we successfully accomplished," he continued.
The Samit Kakkad-directed series will make its MX Player debut on November 19.
