The South Africa T20 League (SA20) has certainly left a big mark on the franchise cricket industry. In just three years, it has become among the top-rated franchise tournaments in cricket. After three epic seasons, now the fourth edition is all set to begin. The SA20 2025-26 will be played between December 26, 2025, and January 25, 2026.

This tournament will be played among six franchises, where MI Cape Town will put their title on the line. There will be a total of 34 matches played in the tournament, and these games will be played at six different venues. The tournament will follow a double round-robin format, and the top four teams will make it to the playoffs.

The upcoming tournament has some new superstars joining the tournament, which will add more thrill for the fans. This season will be played just ahead of the upcoming ICC T20 World Cup 2026, which is why it will be important for all those players who will feature in the upcoming ICC event. Sunrisers Eastern Cape and MI Cape Town are two sides that have won the SA20 title, and the other four teams will be looking to do it now. SA20 2025-26: Venues

The fourth edition will feature 34 high-voltage games, including the final. Just like the previous three editions, there will be multiple matches to watch out for. The rivalry between MI Cape Town and Joburg Super Kings will be relived. Durban Super Giants against Sunrisers Eastern Cape is another new-age rivalry. All these games will be played at the top six cricket venues in South Africa. Here is the list of venues to be used in the SA20 2025-25.

The tournament will be played in a home-and-away format. All six teams will play five home games and five away matches. The general start time is 9 PM IST.
